"I used to just guess with Q-tips. Now I can see exactly what I’m doing on my phone, and the soft silicone tips feel gentle. Setup took a minute, but it’s so much easier now."

When Earwax Builds Up

Earwax helps protect your ears and normally clears on its own. When excess wax builds up, it can cause a blocked feeling, earache or reduced hearing.

Pay attention to persistent discomfort. Ask a pharmacist or healthcare professional about painful or blocked ears.

Cotton Swabs Can Push Wax Deeper

Putting cotton swabs, including Q-tips, inside the ear can push wax further in and make a blockage worse. Poking or scraping can also irritate the ear canal.

The live camera view helps you see the silicone ear-scoop attachment on your phone. Never insert it deeply or touch the eardrum. Stop if you feel discomfort, and do not use it with ear pain, discharge or an ear infection.

1080P HD Camera View

See the live camera view on your phone in 1080P. Six LEDs around the lens illuminate the view, and the directional gyroscope helps orient the image as you move the camera.

Use the app to take photos or record video of the camera view.

4mm Lens & Silicone Ear Scoops

The slim 4mm camera lens works with removable silicone ear-scoop attachments. The scoop-shaped pieces are attachments for collecting accessible earwax; they are separate from the camera lens.

Fit and remove them as directed in the included instructions. Never insert deeply or touch the eardrum.

Keep the electronic body and USB-C charging port dry. Follow the included instructions for cleaning the camera-end components.

Connection Questions, Answered

The camera’s Wi-Fi connection sends its live view directly to your device. It is not a home internet connection. Keep your device connected to the camera network while using the app.

Check that the camera is charged and switched on, confirm that your phone is on the camera’s Wi-Fi network, and reopen EndscopeTool. On iPhone or iPad, check that local-network access is enabled for the app. If needed, disconnect from the camera network and reconnect.
