You Track Every Rep. Why Guess Every Portion?
Train with intent. Prep with numbers.
You Wouldn’t Guess the Weight on the Bar.
Stop guessing the food on your plate. Another hard session. Another meal entered as “about a serving.” That is a gap between the effort you put into training and the information you put into your food log.
A handful. A scoop. A splash. When the portion is a guess, the calorie entry built on it is a guess too. PortionProof gives you actual weights in 1 g increments so you can match your food to a label or tracking app.
Stop calling a guess a plan. Put numbers behind your meal prep.
Summer Isn’t Waiting for Another Monday.
Your next summer starts with your next meal. If you want a more deliberate approach to your body-composition goals, give your food routine the same attention you give your training.
Bowl on. Tare to zero. Add your food. Log the weight. Repeat. A large steel platform, clear LCD and simple controls make that routine easy to follow.
Train hard. Measure honestly. Stay consistent. The scale supplies the portion data; what you do with it belongs to your wider eating and training plan.
Less “About Right.” More Actual Numbers.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does it calculate calories and macros?
Does it calculate calories and macros?
This model displays weight, not automatic nutrition totals. Weigh the food, then use the serving information on its label or a matching entry in your tracking app. For example, if a label lists 100 calories per 25 g, a 50 g portion contains two servings, or 200 calories. That is an example of label arithmetic, not a suggested intake target. The scale does not connect to an app or include a meal plan.
Will weighing food change my physique on its own?
Will weighing food change my physique on its own?
The scale gives you portion weights to support more consistent food logging and meal prep. Body-composition changes depend on your overall eating pattern, training, recovery and consistency; a scale cannot guarantee a particular physique or a summer deadline. Exercise still has health benefits when you do not count calories. Use portion data as one tool in a plan that suits you.
How do tare, units and power work?
How do tare, units and power work?
Place your empty container on the scale and press Z/T to return the reading to zero. Add food, then tare again before the next ingredient if needed. Available units are g, kg, lb:oz, fl oz and ml. The source lists two AAA batteries and a USB Type-C cable as included power options. Do not assume the supplied AAA batteries are rechargeable. The scale switches off after about two minutes without use and shows low-power or overload alerts.

Use on a firm, level surface, wipe gently with a damp cloth and keep liquid out of the display, controls and power connections. Do not immerse.
