Less chopping. More cooking.
Get the ingredients ready for family dinners, fresh dips and homemade patties with one compact electric chopper. A 400W all-copper motor drives stainless steel S-blades, so you can chop vegetables, mince fish or grind boneless meat with a press of a button.
Keep your prep organized
Use the 8-cup glass bowl for vegetables, fruit and dips, and the 8-cup 304 stainless steel bowl for meat. Two separate bowls and two blade sets let you assign a set to different ingredients and reduce switching between raw meat and ready-to-eat foods.
Each bowl has a nominal 2L capacity. Process one bowl at a time and stay below its MAX fill line; the two capacities are not one 16-cup working bowl.
Choose the texture your recipe needs
Button I — vegetables and coarser chopping. Use for regular vegetables and softer ingredients. Press in short 3-second bursts, repeated 3–4 times as needed.
Button II — meat and tougher ingredients. Use for boneless meat, potatoes and nuts. Press in short 5–6-second bursts, repeated 3–4 times as needed.
Release the button between pulses and check the texture. Stop when you reach the result you want; these are pulse controls, not an automatic program.
Two blade sets for everyday recipes
The two bi-level stainless steel S-blade assemblies chop at different heights inside the bowl. Use them for onion and herb bases, chopped nuts, salsa ingredients or minced meat for patties and meatballs. Each set fits either supplied bowl.
These are chopping blades: no slicing discs, grating discs or dough tools are included. Cut large ingredients into manageable pieces and remove bones before processing.
A powered helping hand for meal prep
The 400W motor supplies the chopping power, while the two buttons give you control over how long it runs. Built-in over-temperature protection helps protect the motor during use.
This is a corded, 120V electric appliance. It needs a suitable mains outlet; it is not battery powered or rechargeable. Match the appliance rating to your electricity supply.
Finish with an easier cleanup
Remove the motor head, then separate the lid and blade assembly for cleaning. The supplied bowls, lids and blades are dishwasher safe; handle the sharp blades carefully.
Keep the motor head out of water and the dishwasher. Unplug it and wipe it with a damp cloth. Dry all parts before reassembly. The two bowls can be stacked when stored to save cupboard space.

Ready to prep? Your questions, answered
How do I assemble and start it?
How do I assemble and start it?
Unplug first. Fit the blade assembly onto the bowl’s central shaft, add prepared ingredients below MAX and fit the lid. Align the triangle on the motor head with the triangle on the lid so the head sits flush without a gap. Connect power and press the appropriate speed button in short bursts. Release the button and wait until the blades stop before opening.
Can I prepare meat and vegetables with the same set?
Can I prepare meat and vegetables with the same set?
Both blade sets fit either bowl. For organized prep, reserve one bowl and blade set for raw meat and the other for vegetables or ready-to-eat ingredients. Thoroughly clean food-contact parts after each use, especially after raw meat.
Will it slice or grate vegetables?
Will it slice or grate vegetables?
It chops, minces, mixes and grinds with S-blades. It does not include slicing or grating discs. Pulse briefly for a coarser result, then inspect before processing further.
What should I check before each use?
What should I check before each use?
Always inspect the blade assembly. Stop using it immediately if a part is loose, separated or damaged. Sharp blades and small detachable components require careful handling. Keep away from children, especially children under 3. Unplug before assembly, blade removal and cleaning; keep hands and utensils away from moving blades.
Can I run it continuously?
Can I run it continuously?
Use the short pulses described above and follow the supplied manual’s operating limits. Do not run continuously or force an overloaded bowl. If the motor overheats or stops, unplug and allow it to cool before inspecting or restarting. Never immerse the motor head.
